Every Sassy Ninjas mini-series is active, encouraging, and designed to help girls progress at their own pace. Classes combine self-defense fundamentals, movement, confidence-building activities, and interactive challenges in a fun, supportive setting.

Our focus is on developing awareness, establishing boundaries, escaping unsafe situations, and seeking help—not encouraging confrontation.
