What will your kids learn in Ninjas?

Physical Fitness:

Regular physical activity helps kids develop physical strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Feeling physically capable and strong can boost a child's self-confidence.

Knowing that they can defend themselves if necessary can give kids a sense of empowerment and confidence.

SUPER NINJAS

Our Super Ninjas program offers a little bit of everything that we love about martial arts and self-defense.

Each class infuses fun, kid-friendly fitness with basic Korean Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, self-defense and boundary setting.

Classes include: cardio workouts, strength and endurance training, heavy bag and pad work and, of course, games!

Students will also work in partner drills (when safe to do so,) helping to promote teamwork and social skills.

Our goal is to help empower your child to be the safest and, strongest they can be!
